Ralph Elwood Linnell Sr., 69 of Gadsden. Alabama passed away at his home on November 15, 2025. He was born December 5, 1955, in Stafford Connecticut to the late Guy Ira Linnell and Patricia (Web) Bradway.

Mr. Linnell was a hardworking man who believed it was a man’s job to provide for his family whom he loved very much!

He loved to fish and play on the computer in his free time. He also had a jolly smile and huge sense of humor that will be greatly missed.

Mr. Linnell was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by his brothers, Michael Linnell, Todd Linnell and Doug Linnell.

Mr. Linnell is survived by his wife of 28 years, Andrea Linnell, his children, Ralph (Angela) Linnell, Thomas (Tonya) Linnell, Angel Bowden, Edward Linnell and Bryan (Savannah) Russell, step-children, Cecilia (Justin) Kingston, Jeremy (Kristy) Russell and Jasmine (Paula) Ferrar, grandchildren, Dakota (Sarah) Linnell, Dezaray (Michael) Kelton, Britney Linnell, Dominic Maddox, Tiara Maddox, Lindsey Bowden, Allison Bowden and Oliver Russell, step grandchildren, Stephen (KK) Kingston, Jordan Kingston, Cash Kingston, Hayes Kingston, Sunny Kingston, Destiny Paige, Dylan Ferrari, Michael Ferrari, Kendall Ferrari, Drew Ferrari, Eyan Russell, Jaden Russell, Kaleb Russell, Addison Russell, six great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, his brother, Robert Terrell and sister Melinda (Frank) Kokoski and many more friends and family.

As to Mr. Linnell’s wishes, he will be cremated with no services.
