Pamela Kay Foster- Crownover

Pamela Kay Foster-Crownover, age 73 of Winchester, passed away on December 17, 2025, at The Waters of Winchester. She was born in Seattle, Washington on July 22, 1952, to the late Roy Thomas and Ruth Reynolds Foster. Pamela worked for many years as a legal secretary and retired from the Franklin County Board of Education. She enjoyed playing piano, cooking, playing cards, and singing. In addition to her parents, Pamela is preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie Kay Martin; son Jeffrey Randall Tate; brother, Mike Foster; and sister-in-law, Terri L. Foster. Pamela is survived by her grandchildren, Cole (Brooke) Tate of Cowan, Troy Tate of Huntland, Kayden Burnette of Belvidere, Tristan (Emily) Wagner of Belvidere, Kaleob (Megan) Ashley of Huntland; great-grandchildren, Adler Wagner of Belvidere, McCoy Wagner of Belvidere, Canaan Ashely of Huntland; and sister, Sandra Foster.
