Pamela Jean Coulson, age 69 of Decherd, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Highpoint Health in Winchester. Pamela was born on December 19, 1955, in Winchester, to the late Ernest and Georgia (Henley) Perry. She was a 1974 graduate of Franklin County High School and worked for Kroger’s in Decherd for over twenty years. Pamela enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and planting beautiful flowers. On rainy days and late evenings, you could find her watching Halmark Movies. She will be remembered by her family and friends as being a fun-loving lady, who was always there when needed the most. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Gipson and Ronnie Perry. Pamela is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, James Coulson; daughter, Amy Brown; grandchildren, Jordan Brown and Kayla Brown; siblings, Lewis Perry, Linda (Carter) Henley and Kimberly (Dave) Garcia; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 2:00pm from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens with Dewayne, Scottie, Ronnie, Troy, Shane and Benji all serving as pallbearers.
