Linna Geneva Feltner of Manchester, Tennessee passed this life on Friday, September 19, 2025, at her residence at the age of 95 years.

A native of Manchester, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Tommy and Dolly Stacey. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Russell Smith Sr. and then she later remarried and was preceded in death by her second husband, Robert Feltner, two brothers, Bobby and E.P. Stacey and two sisters, Lucille Hollis and Gladys McCullough.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated, and no services are being planned.

Her survivors include one son, Russell Smith Jr., one sister, Betty Fay Driver, two grandchildren, Lindsey and Leslie Smith and 1 great grandchild, Anna Takao.
