John Arthur Perry, Jr., age 72, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on July 16, 2025, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born in Franklin County, Tennessee, on November 3, 1952, to the late John Aruthur, Sr. and Caroline (Partin) Perry. Arthur was a man of many passions and talent. An avid fisherman and hunter, he found joy in the great outdoors, always eager to embrace natures bounty. His love for racing and cars was a lifelong passion. A devoted Christian, Arthur lived his faith with kindness, integrity, and generous spirit. His unwavering beliefs guided him through life's challenges and brought comfort to those around him. Arthur was self-employed, jack of all trades in construction, known for his hard work and craftmanship, and ability to tackle any project with skill and dedication. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to his craft left a lasting mark on all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Danny Raymond Sons, Jr. He is survived by his siblings, Doris (Danny, Sr.) Sons, Brenda Dudley, and Deborah Moore; nieces and nephews, Darrell (Debbie) Dudley, Anthony Dudley, Beverly (Greg) Glasner, Daphanie (Scott) Goode, Tracy (Jill) Sons, and Rainey Moore. Visitation will be held at Watson Funeral Home on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The funeral service will follow in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral home at 12:00PM.
