Glenn R. Cockburn

Glenn Richard Cockburn, age 62 of Cowan, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Erlanger Health Systems. Glenn was born on June 9, 1963, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, to the late Edward and Sylvia Cockburn. After spending most of his youth in Maine, he moved to Tennessee. Glenn was the owner and operator of Gemini Alarm Systems and a member of the Cowan Fire Department as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, Safety Officer, Inspector, and Investigator. He is survived by his wife, Melissa; stepson Jon; daughters, Kaitlyn and Paisley; sister, Darlene; and brothers, Eric and Edward.  Procession will start at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home on Monday, November 10th at 5:00 P.M. and will travel to Cowan Fire Hall where a celebration of life will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local fire department in memory of Glenn.
