Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Recognizes DUI Enforcement Award and Promotion

WINCHESTER, TN — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office recently recognized two deputies for their outstanding service, highlighting a commitment to public safety, leadership, and professionalism within the department.

Deputy Matthew Williams was honored with the Sheriff’s Office DUI Enforcement Award, recognizing his dedication to proactive traffic enforcement and efforts to keep Franklin County’s roadways safe.
