Frank Morgan Sheffield

Frank “MORGAN” Sheffield of Lynchburg, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tennessee at the age of 80 years.

A native of Shelbyville, Tennessee, he is the son of the late Charlie Morgan and Letsie Lucille Gill Sheffield. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Stella Sheffield Burton.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Sheffield family cemetery in Chapel Hill, Tennessee at 3:00 PM with Nathan Johnson officiating.

Morgan was a very simple man. He lived life in the simplest way. He never met a stranger and would help anyone at any time. He was very happy with his simple life while he enjoyed walking, his church and working in his garden. Morgan loved his family and friends and would always put others first. His heart was big, and he always showed kindness to everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.

His survivors include one sister, Letsie Louella Sheffield Brown of Shelbyville, Tennessee, nieces and nephews, Wayne Brown, Ray (Stacy) Brown, Wendy (Gary) Tucker, Clifton (Kelli) Burton, Brent (Mandy) Burton, Crystal (Josh) Henley all of Shelbyville, Tennessee and Randy (Debeney) Brown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He is also survived by a host of great nieces and nephews as well as great great nieces and nephews.
