She considered her “soap opera” friends her second family and spent her afternoons watching Young and the Restless, Bold and The Beautiful, and As the World Turns until their last episode. Elizabeth was a lifelong member of the Estill Springs United Methodist Church. She will be remembered by all who knew her as an adventurous, sentimental, caring lady who loved to have a good laugh. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Dennis Rust, and brother, Oscar Wade Jones. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Charlie Rust (Rich) Arnold; grandson, Swade Elliott; granddaughter, Blair (Adam) Nunley; several great-grandchildren, sister, Barbara Ann Ball; and nephew, Greg (Jeanne) Ball.
