Edward Allen Brandon

Edward Allen Brandon, age 70 of Decherd, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Highpoint Health Winchester. He was born on February 16, 1955, in Blue Island, IL to the late Roy Thomas and Wilma Lucille (Eslick) Brandon. Edward was an electrical journeyman who was involved in the contraction of the Franklin County Hospital now known as Hightpoint Health in Winchester, Franklin County High School and Tullahoma High School. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and fishing at Tims Ford Lake. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Brandon; infant sister, Martha Kay Brandon; and brother, James Martin Brandon. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Murphy and Brittany Brandon; grandchildren, Evelyn Murphy, Alexander Murphy, Danika Murphy, Mackenzie Hardy, Zachary Hardy, Jericho Murphy, Luna Murphy, Clayton Brandon, and Willa Brandon; and nephew, James “Jimmy” Brandon. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with graveside service following at 3:30pm at Harris Chapel Cemetery.
