City of Winchester Seeks Caterer for VIP Vietnam Memorial Reception

The City of Winchester is now accepting bids from professional caterers for an upcoming VIP Reception honoring the arrival of the Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall. The event will take place on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 4:30–6:00 PM at the Citizen Pavilion in Winchester City Park. Approximately 200 guests are expected to attend, and the City is seeking a menu featuring two meat options, two vegetable or relish items, a cheese and fruit display, and at least one dessert option. Food must be elegantly presented, with staffing, setup, and breakdown included in the service plan. Proposals are due by July 7 at 4:00 PM and should be submitted to Project Chairman Yvonne Stewart.
