Vickie Ann Collins Cathey of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 78 years.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Burial will follow at Farrar Hill Cemetery in Manchester. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Friday from 9:00 AM until the time of service.

Born on August 15, 1946, she is the daughter of the late Levi and Roxie Woodard Collins.

She is a faithful member of Christian Friendship Freewill Baptist Church in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Rev. Ray Cathey of Manchester, Tennessee, daughter, Cheri (Jon) Spears of Manchester, Tennessee grandchildren, Charity Sadler, Jon Cathey, Preston Turner, Porter Turner and Pierce Turner. She is also survived by many, many great grandchildren.
