Melissa Ann Luttrell

Melissa Ann Luttrell, age 63 of Manchester, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Erlanger Health Systems in Chattanooga. Melissa was born on June 9, 1962, in Muncie, Indiana, to Richard Austin and Mary Elizabeth (Clark) Brown. She was raised as a young child in the Church of Christ. Melissa was a strong and selfless lady who put others first. She enjoyed fishing and reading. An avid sports fan cheered on all college sports and the WNBA teams. Melissa loved animals, especially Donkeys and treasured the time spent with her family. She had previously worked for Custom Frames, owned All Access Mobility and retired from Coffee County Government as a dispatcher. Melissa is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Luttrell; father and mother – in – law, JC and Shirley Luttrell; maternal grandparents, R.B. and Ruby Clark; paternal grandparents, William A. and Evelyn R. Brown. She is survived by her son, Joshua Luttrell; parents, Richard and Mary Brown; siblings, Rick (Billie) Brown, Kenneth (Lisa) Brown, Ryan (Tammy) Brown; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 2:30pm at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Ryan Brown, Rick Brown, Christopher Brown, Justin Brown, and Jody Brown all serving as pallbearers.
