Mary Phyllis Harrison

Mary Phyllis Harrison of Dellrose, Tennessee passed from this life on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the age of 66 years.

A native of Fayetteville, Tennessee she is the daughter of Phillip W. Harrison and Mary. F. Brown George and they survive her. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Tracy Wright and Jeffery Harrison.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM from the chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 PM until the time of service. Following the services, she will be cremated as per her request.

Mary was a high school graduate and was a truck driver for R & L Trucking for several years. She was also a member of Dellrose Methodist Church.

Her survivors include her parents, Phillip W. Harrison and Mary (John W.) George of Dellrose, Tennessee, son, Dakota (James) Burton of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter, Wendalyn Dawn (Jeff) Goodwin of Dellrose, Tennessee, sister, Lisa (W.C.) Tomberlain of Morrison, Tennessee grandchildren, Amelia Jane, Emberlee Alice, Chloe Grace, and Kellan Sage. She is also survived by her grand pet, her French bulldog, Isadora.
