July 4th Weekend Sees Drop in Traffic Fatalities Statewide

Tennessee – According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the state saw a significant decline in traffic fatalities over the recent Fourth of July weekend.

Only four fatalities were reported across Tennessee, compared to higher numbers in previous years. Officials credit increased law enforcement visibility and strong public awareness campaigns. Drivers are reminded to stay safe, buckle up, and avoid impaired driving year-round.
