Franklin County Rebelettes Fall to Tullahoma Lady Cats

Franklin County struggled to keep up with Tullahoma Lady Cats in a 10-3 loss on Tuesday on the road.
Tullahoma took an early lead in the first inning when Madison Goad launched a three-run homer to center field.
They added to their advantage in the third, with Goad hitting another home run and KK Campbell delivering an RBI single to center.
Victoria Nelson started in the circle for Franklin County, allowing seven hits and six runs over four innings while striking out three and walking five. Amaya Sharp got the start for Tullahoma, giving up six hits and two runs across seven innings, finishing with three strikeouts and four walks.

Kaylee Morris, Dalayna Marshall, Kyleigh Decamp, Aaliyah Elliott, Kaitlyn Montgomery, and Addison Partin each recorded a hit for Franklin County. Morris and Decamp made an impact at the plate, driving in one run apiece.
Goad led the charge for Tullahoma, going 2-for-2 with four RBIs. Kylee Holt showed patience at the plate, drawing four walks and stealing three bases. Tullahoma collected seven walks in total and swiped five bases. The team also turned a double play.
Franklin County looks to bounce back on Thursday against Central Magnet.
