FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is once again launching its annual “Shop Small & Win Big” holiday campaign to encourage residents to support local businesses while earning chances to win prizes throughout the season.

Running through December 19th, the contest is open to anyone who shops at a Franklin County business.
