Angela Jeanene Tobitt, age 64 of Winchester, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A native of Franklin County, she was born on February 11, 1961, in Winchester. Angela had most recently been employed as a CNA in the healthcare industry, a job that matched her loving and caring nature. Free-hearted and giving, she loved helping people and tending to animals. An avid sports fan, she enjoyed watching sports, especially the University of Tennessee Volunteers, as well as fishing. A Christian, she attended Riva Lake Baptist Church when she was able. Angela was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Hasty; brother, Bobby Douglas Hasty Jr; and grandparents, Oliver and Irene Benson and Willard and Annie Hasty. She is survived by her loving husband, Danny Tobitt; son, Philip Joe (Kveta) Pendleton; grandchildren, Laars Pendleton, Daegan Pendleton; father, Bobby W. Hasty; step-daughter, Amy (Chuck) Reed step-son, Danny (Michelle) Tobitt Jr; sister, Teresa (Tony) Fontaine; nieces, Erin (Jonathan) Clark and Amanda (Ferlandus) Vance; special aunt, Corene Bradford; and special furry companion, Sadie. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 16, 2026, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. David Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
