Alice May Huber

Alice May Morgan Huber, age 93, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family, on May 25, 2025.


Born on April 23, 1932, in Franklin County, Tennessee, Alice was the daughter of John Morgan and Mary Frances “Mae” Hodge, and the step-daughter of Roy Fagg Sr.


Alice dedicated 29 years of service to First National Bank of Tullahoma, where she was known for her professionalism, reliability, and warm rapport with coworkers and customers alike.


A women of adventure and spirit, Alice was an avid traveler who especially cherished her visits to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Tunica, and the Florida beaches. She found joy in collecting coins and memorabilia, and was a devoted University of Tennessee Volunteers fan-never missing a chance to cheer on her beloved team.


As the cherished matriarch of her family, Alice was deeply admired for her integrity, generosity, and unwavering love. Her presence anchored her family, and her wisdom, kindness, and strength will be treasured always.


She is survived by her two daughters: Alice Marie Street ( Ray Street) of Smyrna and Debra Lee Van Fossen of Tullahoma; her four grandchildren: Erica Leners (Doug Leners) of Brooks, GA. : Jeremy Street (Amanda Street) of Murfreesboro: Ashley Manning (Wesley Manning) of Smyrna and Jared Van Fossen of Tullahoma.


Alice also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren who brought her immense pride and joy: Lillian “Lillly” Street, Tanner Ray Street, Connor Alexander Leners, Alex Paige Manning, Emily Peyton Manning, Lindsey Reese Manning and Ansleigh Marie Street.


She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Jacob “Jake” Huber and her brother; John Morgan Jr. (Ruth Morgan) of Nashville.


Her legacy of love, strength and devotion will live on through her family and all who knew her.


Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 2 pm at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday 12 noon until funeral time at the funeral home.
