Katy Abraham

Katy Abraham, a native of San Antonio, Texas, came to the radio industry by an unconventional path. After two years at Angelo State University, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, where she worked on the flightline with F-16s in New Mexico. Her military career took her to South Florida and eventually led her to Franklin County, Tennessee, in 2013.

Following five years in the insurance industry, Katy joined her husband Joe in making their shared dream of owning a radio station a reality. As co-owner and office manager of WCDT, she brings over two decades of diverse career experience to the table—from military service and corporate administration to customer relations and small business operations.

Katy is a proud mother of six and deeply invested in her community. She serves as a member of the Franklin County Chamber Ambassador Program and is known for her passion for helping local businesses thrive. Her leadership, organization, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to both the station and the broader Franklin County community.

She lives in Winchester with her husband Joe and their children.
