Samantha Canup

Dr. Samantha Canup, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist with over five years of experience in outpatient care. Born and raised in White House, Tennessee, she earned her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Tech University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Belmont University. 

She is passionate about helping teenagers and adults live pain-free, active lives. She has advanced training in pelvic health and finds fulfillment in helping patients regain confidence and control in their bodies. 

Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors, visiting Disney World, serving in her church, and inspiring others to pursue healthier, more independent lifestyles.
