Shirley Hobson, age 81, of Smyrna, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Smyrna Care Center. Ms. Hobson was born on June 12, 1943, in Nashville. Shirley was a radiant spirit, known for her playful nature, glamorous style, and unwavering love for people. Her time at the Smyrna Care Center was marked by her dedication to uplifting those around her, sharing laughter, and encouraging everyone to embrace their uniqueness. Shirley’s infectious joy and sparkling personality brightened the lives of many; she had a rare ability to make everyone feel valued and cherished. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered for the warmth she brought to our lives and the beauty she saw in every moment. Visitation will be on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Watson Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. Graveside service to immediately follow in Watson Memorial Park with Rev. Todd Coutta officiating.
