He was born on November 23, 1959 in Winchester, TN to Floyd Clark and Faye (Fincheum) Garrison.

Randy enjoyed reading his Bible and liked to watch the television show, COPS.

He is survived by his mother; a daughter, Ginger Archey of TN; a son, Randall Clark, Jr of TN; 6 grandchildren; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Randy is preceded in death by his father; 1 brother and 1 sister.
