Patty Jane Haney Hopper

Patty Jane Haney Hopper, age 69 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Sherwood on May 7, 1956, to the late Joe D. Haney and Bessie Lee (Holt) Frame. A seamstress by trade, Patricia had been employed in the textile industry and enjoyed making children’s clothing and dog outfits in her spare time. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her beloved family, especially taking care of her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Blanche Goff, Joe Haney, Jim Haney, and Alex Haney; son, Terry Hodges; and grandson, Jason Rollins. Patricia is survived by her sister, Rita Frame (who passed away shortly after Patricia); son, William “Bill” Hodges Jr; daughter, Billie Jo Craig; grandchildren, Amber Hodges, Brooklyn Wimberley, Martin Hodges, and Jessie Hodges; great-grandchildren, Marlie Turner, Violet Turner, Ace Turner, Sophia Hodges, Hunter Wimberley, and Avacyn Syler; loving companion, Mitchel Snell; many nieces and nephews; and fur baby, Muffin.
