Mary Rebecca Cook of Lynchburg, Tennessee passed from this life on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at her residence in Lynchburg.

A native of Chicago, Illinois, she is the daughter of the late Horace Edward and Mary Etta Massengill Honea. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Cook in 2024.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Daves- Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Tullahoma. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of service.

Mary was an Inspector at Cubic Factory in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and a member of the 1st. Church of Jesus Christ in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Her survivors include her daughter, Rebecca (Chris) Thomas of Brentwood, Tennessee, brothers, Steve Honea of Springfield, Tennessee, Ricky Honea of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Timothy Honea of Springfield, Tennessee, Alford Honea of Tullahoma, Tennessee and one grandson, Issac Wade Cook of Tullahoma, Tennessee.
