Fannie "ELLA" Riddle

Fannie “ELLA” Wilhoite Bennett Riddle of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, August 25, 2025, at NHC Healthcare in Tullahoma, Tennessee at the age of 86 years.

A native of Tullahoma, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Horace Franklin and Mary Fannie Dorsett Wilhoite. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis Wayne Bennett Sr. in 2001, three brothers, Robert Wilhoite, Horace Franklin Wilhoite Jr., and Jacob Wilhoite. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Cunningham.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at West End Baptist Church located at 112 N. Collins Street in Tullahoma. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church on Thursday evening, August 28, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

“Ella” to those who were closest to her, was a God fearing woman and a member of the West End Baptist Church in Tullahoma, Tennessee. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Her survivors include her husband of 17 years, R.C. Riddle of Tullahoma, Tennessee, children, Curtis Wayne Bennett Jr. of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Faith Bennett (Glenn) Sikes of Clinton, Mississippi, Rhonda Riddle (Tim) Page of Normandy, Tennessee, seven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
