David Wayne "BUDDY" McPheron

June 29, 1968 - August 7, 2025

David Wayne McPheron or better known as “BUDDY” to his family and friends, passed from this life on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at his residence in Rutledge, Tennessee at the age of 57 years after a short and brave battle with cancer.

A native of Normandy, Tennessee, he is the son of the late Donald Vaden McPheron and Delores Jean Eggleston.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Daves-Culbertson funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee with Stephen Reeves officiating. Burial will follow in Turkey Creek Methodist Church cemetery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.

Buddy loved working with his hands, he enjoyed collecting anything and everything. He loved antiquing, and trading. Buddy loved his Mama and missed her terribly. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He also had a special love for his dog, Dillon.

Survivors include his son, Anthony Vaden (Linda Rhonda Estep) McPheron, sisters, Donna (Randy) Davis, Debra McPheron, brother, Christopher (Jaclynne) McPheron, grandson, Hayden Lee, special friends Carol and Amanda (Sissy). Buddy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
