Stephanie Mayfield
Your Roofing Gal
Owner of Your Roofing Gal | Licensed General Contractor | Community Advocate
Stephanie Mayfield is a proud Tennessee native and lifelong builder at heart. Raised in Middle TN she grew up helping her father on flooring projects—learning the trades one summer at a time. Though she eventually earned a degree in accounting, construction was always in her blood.
From 2008 to 2011, Stephanie lived in Anchorage, Alaska, where she served as the office manager overseeing flooring projects across the Pacific West Region for both Lowe’s and Home Depot. In 2012, she moved just outside Wichita, Kansas, taking on increasingly hands-on roles in construction. By 2015, she had gone from office manager to full-fledged project manager, working on both residential and commercial projects—including custom home builds and large-scale renovations, demolitions, and rebuilds of McDonald's locations throughout the Midwest.
In 2015, Stephanie returned to her roots in Middle Tennessee, settling back into the community and landscape that raised her. It was here—on a rooftop, tools in hand—that she felt truly at home. Inspired by the nickname many locals had given her—“That Roofing Girl,” “The Redhead Roofing Gal”—she leaned in, completed her general contracting licensing, and officially launched Your Roofing Gal.
Today, Stephanie leads her company with authenticity, grit, and a genuine desire to protect and educate homeowners. While she specializes in roofing, her team tackles nearly all types of exterior projects across Franklin County and the surrounding Southern Middle Tennessee region.
Outside of work, Stephanie is deeply committed to giving back. She was a 2023 honoree of the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40, a 2025 Franklin County Leadership graduate, and serves as an Ambassador for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. She has mentored local youth through the TN Promise Scholarship program, sat on the board of local nonprofits, and is a vocal champion for small businesses and shopping local.
With a hammer in one hand and heart in the other, Stephanie Mayfield continues to build—not just homes, but a stronger, more connected community.
