Billy Wayne Bradford, age 64 of Winchester, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at St. Thomas Rutherford. Billy was born on April 1, 1961, in Franklin County to Sallie (McKinney) Bradford and the late James Clifton Bradford. He formerly worked in construction and at Nissan as a toe motor driver. Billy enjoyed going to the lake fishing and looking for antiques and deals at the local flea market or yard sale. He attended Decherd Christian Centers when he was able. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Curtiss, and brother, Greg Bradford. He is survived by his mother, Sallie Bradford; nephews, Jason Taylor, Joshua Taylor, Cliffton (Whitney) Curtiss; aunt, Lillie (James) Reed; uncle, Walter (Lisa) McKinney; several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 11:00am from the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Bradford officiating.
